Totnes Market (Fridays and Saturdays)

The Market Square has been home to the bustling weekly markets for hundreds of years, and today you can still stumble across this gem of a shopping experience every Friday and Saturday. Meet the friendly traders, soak up the colourful sights and discover a huge array of interesting items, including hot street food stalls, local produce, clothes, plants, antiques and lots of other wonderful gifts and treats. 9am-4pm

One of the best places to try the delicious delights of what Totnes and the surrounding area has to offer is at the Totnes Sunday Food  & Craft Market. Held on the 3rd Sunday of each month, discover a range of quality produce and crafts. From April to October there's also an Indoor Artisan Market held in the Civic Hall (next to the Market Square) held on the second Tuesday of the Month 9.30am-3pm.

Come and explore the historic town of Totnes and visit the Totnes food market every third Sunday of the month, with delicious take-aways and a range of local producers.

Don't miss the weekly market on Fridays and Saturdays, where you'll find everything from street food and plants to vintage curios and clothing. From April to October, you'll find the Totnes Indoor Artisan Market 9.30am-3pm in the Civic Hall (up the slope next to the Market Square).  And from May to September, step back in time with the Totnes Elizabethan Society, which holds a weekly charity market on Tuesdays with stallholders dressed in Tudor costume.
